Request a sender name of 3–11 letters or numbers, including spaces. Submit your business details and any required documents on the Sender ID Whitelisting page. “Creda” is reserved for company use.
Sender-name approval time
Sender ID approval usually takes 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Required documents: your business registration certificate, plus an authorization letter if the sender name differs from your registered name — or your identification card.
Approval depends on the SMS provider. Unregistered sender names may be delayed or rejected. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or delivery.
